Check in procedures:
All parent of children 6th grade and younger need to register their children online.

This will quicken the check in procedure once you arrive at church. If you do not have computer capabilities, we will be glad to assist you either prior to service or by having you call the church office at 505.831.0961.
Once at church, go to one of our computer stations to check in your child. There will be someone nearby to assist you, if you need assistance. Each time you check in your children, a security code will be randomly generated. This code will be on both your children’s tags along with your guardian receipt. You keep the guardian receipt which you will present upon checking your child out of his/her classroom. Only someone with a matching guardian receipt will be able to take the child out of his classroom.
Preteens (5th and 6th grades) will need to check in but are NOT required to be checked out. Please let your preteen know if you would like them to remain in their classroom until you pick them up, or if you would like them to meet your somewhere in the church.
If you are bringing one of your children’s friends or you are having someone else bring your child to church, you can update your kidcheck account prior to arriving at church, making the checkin procedures flow that much more smoothly. If you are bringing another family to church, have them take a couple of minutes to register their family prior to arriving at church.
