If God knows and understands all things, he knew us from before we were even born, knew each hair on our head, why does he allow certain bad things to happen to some of us and that being even if we were young innocent kids?

God cares for everyone; he loves people so much that he gave mankind a free will. The bible says that sin came into the world because of one man's sin. All authority of this world was given to Adam. Unfortunately Adam and Eve chose to sin. Because of his CHOICE to sin, Adam gave all authority over to Satan. Satan is called the god of this world or god of this world system and because of this, mankind is influenced by his evil devices. The bible says that Satan's purpose is to steal, kill, and destroy. Satan will use anyone to help aid in this evil plan and he doesn't care who he hurts, children or adults. This is why God the Father sent his son Jesus to die on the cross, to rid the world of sin. When we choose to receive Jesus in our hearts, he can remove the sin, and hurt from our soul. Only Jesus has the power to do that. No other program, religion, person, or resolution can do that. God does not force his will on anyone; we can choose Jesus today while there is still hope. Once the sin is removed from your soul, we can now come into God's presence. Because it means there will be a day that God will one day rid the universe of everything that is evil that brings harm, everything that steals, kills, and destroys.
