Why does the beginning of the Bible, Genesis, say "we" created them in "our" image? Who does "we" refer to?

When God says "we" and "our" He is referring to the Godhead. The Godhead is the three parts of God that are seperate, but one. The three parts are: The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit. They are all parts of the same God, just as we have a body, soul and spirit.
