Basic requirements


  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task





  • Assist principal in anything needed
  • Manage Outlook for principal
  • Create purchase requests for various school needs and functions
  • Maintain accurate files
  • Coordinate events with event coordinator
  • Schedule events
  • Create Maintenance Work Request forms as needed
  • Purchase items as needed
  • Renaissance Testing of new students
  • Help register new students
  • Order curriculum as needed
  • Recruit
  • Return all phone calls, emails, and texts within 24 hours



  • Assist teachers
  • Make copies
  • Help with Renaissance Star Reading
  • Assist with students when needed
  • Follow the policies and procedures as defined in Legacy Church Handbook
