Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Upkeep: Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of entire facility.
• Custodial Duties: Ability to maintain and repair all indoor and outdoor facilities, including toilets, doors, wall patching, turf grass, pruning, policing parking lot, changing out ceiling tiles, and cleaning floors. Must be capable of heavy lifting and comfortable with climbing ladders.
• Communication: Promptly respond to all phone calls, emails, and texts within 24 hours.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine maintenance needs.
• Troubleshooting: Identify potential issues and initiate repairs.
• Critical Thinking: Utilize logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses in problem-solving.

General Duties:

• Monitoring: Assess the performance of oneself and other maintenance staff to make improvements.
• Building Operations: Open and secure buildings after all shifts, following provided training.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow the policies and procedures outlined in the Legacy Church Handbook.
• Janitorial Tasks: Perform general janitorial duties as required.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in facility maintenance preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
